The toll-free number gets disconnected after 5 minutes. If you need to talk to the Customer representative fora long time, this will not work. So, this is pretty much useless as you have to wait for a long time before they connect you to the customer representative. You need to use the tolled numbers below.

tata sky HD box not working

we paid rs5700 for two connections on 06 05 2011,for id 1000658680,when we acquired high definition set top boxes,we have discarded the old set top boxes.we are being asked to pay for four connections.on two hd set top boxes.the set is being disconnected every now and then,or the picture goes missing,we have not been able to get any help from your helpline
we have been able to call the technician who installed the high definit5ion boxes,he has asked to post our poor experience with TATA SKY, t5hrough this comment we would like the other users to know when you sw23itch to high definition.

My ID No.1051072591; my complaint no.wo 1-16026785801,dated 8/25/2012;17;27.

1.complaint was attended by Mr Vighnesh cell no. 810847850 and not Mr Alpesh Ayre as said in your SMS.
2.Mr Vighnesh removed/replaced part no.TATA Sky,Universal LNB,BS1KOEL176A,No.K 06012905 and was demanding Rs 350/- in cash from me.
3.After replacing the part he was insisting that old part I should give it to him.
4.I refused both of his request after contacting our

I am facing very bad experience for last 15 days for getting my ID 1104239965 activated, I have been calling tata sky customer care almost on daily basis, & always being given a standard answer, it will be activated in next 24 hrs, but no resolution/call back till now,every time i call customer care, find a new person to attend the call, whom i need to tell whole story, so far inteeracted with Geetanjali, karuna, Rupali, Madhav, Shuaib, these are just few name i remember.

I have multiple connection in my house, but this time it is very frustrating experience, i am really fed up calling tata sky customer care,

Perhaps people attending the call/or providing resolution are not sensitive enough.

These services are for the entertainment & for not frustrating people.

Can some body at Tata sky help.
