    My Details SET UP. BOX. NO. SHYSTC 002184698 (2010.04) BIG TV Smart Card Number. 200803949509.I got this Big tv connection on free sceme of Samsung LCD purchase.After insatalling my big tv connection till date no activation have been done.after complaining to custumer care they asking us to register.the i complaint to local dealer who installed this.they responced that they will check and response u later.but till date no response.till i dont no that wheather my connection has been activeted or not.when i use to recharge on online.i mentioned my 12 digit smart car no.but it responce “please enter valid 12 digit number”.so i dont no what to do.On my knowledge its a very worst service.So pls look into the matter.

  3. My smart card no is 200659823434. I subscribed your services on 04-`12-2009 for Rs 2500/- for one year. On 06-11-2010 service was stopped without any notice.When I contacted your Bhopal Agent: M/s Vedanshi Communications ,10 no Stop,Arera Colony Bhopal ,they seemed not to be interested to solve my problem(Their Mobile:9329555969 & 9907706767). My questions to you are:(1) Why did my you stop service without any prior notice?(2)Your packages are any secrets not to tell your Subscribers by the Agents as your Agent did with me?(3) Do you not allow your Subscribers to change packages already they have?
    Please check my details with you and suggest a HINDI-ENGLISH package within Rs 200/- per
    month( excluding cartoon channels, sports channels, Religious channels)

    I Just took the connection two days back from the vendor Appco through one of their agent Mr.Ashis. They made the connection and the second day itself went off.   7. Respected Sir , I want to  enjoy VBS and AIR Urdu Radio Channels on Bigtv . When other DTH like  Dish TV & Sun are providing 22/23 Radio channels including these channels . Then why our Bigtv can’t provide al the radio channels. . Music channels B4U, Masti, E-24 & 9X Music Xpress should be included. Though I agree that quantity does not matter, quality is important ? But sir , in competitive age, available choices/variety of  channels can not be ignored. Customer want to have every thing.   
    I hope , your esteemed organization will consider it an immediate reply/ bigtv ‘s forth coming channel list will be   high appreciable. Thanks.

    My smart card no is 200947640009, from last more than week I’M unable to view all the channels in reliance D2H. I am calling customer care from past 4 or 5 days and every time i am saying them about this problem and every time they assured me the same that they will send technical person to my home but till now nobody came.I have also recharged of Rs- 300 on 14-sept-15 but then also channels are not coming. Is this kind of service you provide to your customer? I’m totally not satisfied or disagreed by your service. Customer care representative said again they will send technician by today. Please sort out this issue today itself because of this really we are getting problem. Else, sorry to say that i’ll permanently disconnect the connection with reliance big TV.
    BY ANY CONDITION I WANT THIS PROBLEM TO SORT OUT.

Ours is a few years old Reliance Big TV dish, after that some of the new channels have come to India like Comedy Central, Colors Infinity, etc. we dont get to watch them as the Big TV has not registered or bought the subscription for these networks for us. Then we are stuck to the age old channels and are not able to watch new TV networks even if we wish to. Also the subscription rates are higher than the other TV networks like Tata Sky. They have wider channel network and add on packs are very customer friendly and cheaper. They also have cheaper plans where as Big TV doest have such cheaper plans. Their plans are just more money swindling packs. Customer care is irresponsive as well as irresponsible. You just spend your whole life trying to reach them that shows how much complaints they get in a min. We can neither keep nor sell this set-top box we have got paying RS 3000 etc.

    Beware of fraud! Reliance digital TV is a fraud TV network.

    Once we buy the Reliance dish they dont add new TV networks which are available in India. Once we pay for the recharge they don’t respond on the customer care to discuss the channel we want to request to add on our TV.

    1. Certain popular channels are not available in Reliance Big TV menu at all: like Comedy Central, Colors infinity etc

    2. half then channels they provide on packs are kind of Tele brand networks.

    3. Every plan you need to take via Customer Care and they dont respond to your call immediately. You need days / weeks to reach them once you do that you are not provided proper services and also they drop your calls purposely.

    4. Once you take the yearly plan for example bronze plan which says they provide one regional plan for free but they dont. after one yr you realize your money is deducted from your yearly balance. Thus your yearly plan is not for a year it lasts for 6-8 months only. You pay for one yr and you are forced to recharge after 6-8 months so thus they loot ur money. when asked they reply is u watched other regional channels.

    5. Finally, most of the channels you get in these basic packs are useless, which you dont watch which is air’s only Telebrand kind of shows.

    So you get Reliance Big TV you are in a mess.

    I don’t know will I get a response for this. As a customer I’m cursing big TV and writing this. My only requirement is to change the existing plan to a different one. For that I was trying calling the customer care for the past 2hours. And the so called customer care support consultants are not helping me out with this. In between I got connected to 3 to 4 consultants, unfortunately I got connected to idiots who cant understand a word what I’m saying. Is there any higher authority to which I can report this or else could you please provide dish tv no??

    My Name is sombir chauhan and my card no. is 200839411130.

    I got the service recharged from the local dealer on September 2th, 2016. Since then I am facing loads of problems is watching television, as the services are not available. I called the customer care department, but the response was shocking for me as they told me that there is no recharge done, however i do have the transaction slip given to me by the dealer.

    This experience is really pathetic with a brand name such as Reliance.

    I would really appreciate if the company takes some concreteaction.indly revert back against this problem soul.
