I have done recharge of My DTH of Subscriber Id no.31019709 on 5 Sept 2020 for Rs.500 mistakenly as I change my Settop box recently which result in change in my Subscriber Id also as 232250443.As a result instead of my new and active Subscriber ID of 232250443,Recharge of Rs 500 done on my Old subscriber ID 31019709. When I talk regarding this to The CC ,he advised me to mail the same to you to take the necessary action.
Hope you will do the needful & transfer my account balance to new Set top Box ID .

This is my personal experince of d2h service that it is one of the worst service provide in the India.They are cheated to their customers without providing any type of services.My suggestion, please do not go with the Videocon d2h service ands plz advice to other same as well.
I was doing complained for technical error in Aug 2010, they were closed that complaint without any action.

I am having your disc connection since long. My Id is 41963662. every time on recharge of one month, you were giving some grace period to lock the service on complition of recharge period. but on last time when I recharged my A/c in the month of Dece-2011 with Rs.200/,expiry date was given 27/01/2012 as also reflected in your SMS being given to me, but you have stopped the services on 26/01/2012 when I was seeing the Flag hoistig ceremony of new delhi at 0915 hrs and hence i could not see that function. I then surprised that why my servises stopped by you before time instead giving gross period.

My customer id is 41597864. In the month of Feb.2013 Due to construction work in my house I had request to customer care to give me facility for temporary cut off my conection for a span of period. But at that time the customer care employee didn’t tell me the protocol of company that they are providing this facility once in a year for minimum of 7 days & maximum of 90 days. Otherwise I could be able to use this facility for complete 90 days. He didnt listen my problem accurately & cut off my connection for only 60 days from 22 Feb.2013 to 23 April 2013. Now I am paying the monthly rental charge uselessly as my construction work is still pending. From 23rd April 2013 I am continously talking to customer care members & their supervisors but till now they didnt sovle my problem. One of senior supervisor named, Mr.Rishabh assured me to get resolve this issue by today itself but he is so irresponsible person that he neither call me back nor sending any sms that when this issue is going to be resolved. My Last complaint no. is 164913206. Plz do the needful otherwise I am going to file up a case in Consumer Court regarding this issue on 29th April 2013
